The manager of the store as well as salesperson claim the cabinets to be 100% solid wood. I retrieved a sample and found this not to be true. The website itself is very misleading as it says, Solid birch hardwood frames. While this is true, they fail to point out the center panels of the cabinets are fiberboard, or MDF, or some cheap compressed fiber.This will expand and shrink at different rates than the frame and is not a long term quality product. It is quite a shame the manufacturer chose to save a couple dollars per panel by using the fake compressed product.Oddly, when presented with these facts, the salesperson and the manager continued to claim 100% solid wood. The photos attached tell the whole story.
