I knew that I had to order my furniture ahead of time so I called to see if I needed to go in or if it could be done over the phone. I cant rave enough about Terry. She helped me so much. She looked at my registry, told me she was going to research what was and wasn’t available and she called me back in about 20 minutes. She took all of my information and coupon numbers over the phone. She was extremely patient and she answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction.When I called later to ask a follow-up question, she was so nice then too. My experience couldn’t have been better.

It’s sad this is pretty much the only baby store left. This is how the restroom looks. As a pregnant woman, I was beyond disgusted! Where is the pride? What a joke! No toilet paper in the dispensers and toilet paper all over the floor. Paper towels over flowing out of the garbage.

Disappointed. Not sure who BuyBuyBaby will blame however I ordered online, all items were available for store pickup at this store, not low stock. I entered all of my info, email and phone number. I get an email that my partial order is ready for pickup. I need the full order. BuyBuyBaby has canceled the items from my order which were unavailable in the store and they ARE NOT shipping the canceled items from the warehouse. So I have to pick up a partial order? No one called me or emailed me to notify me that my whole order was not available as stated online when I checked out and PAID. Nor will they cancel the order for store pickup so that I can buy the whole order online. Just messy and so inconvenient for the customer. What are they doing with my contact information if not using it to provide excellent customer service! Again, I have no idea who is at fault the local store or the bigger entity but this is horrible. I’ve already updated & confirmed the non buybuy baby registry with the ORDER number that is now wrong. Just horrible experience.****************** And after holding for supervisor I was connected with one that is shipping me the missing items from the warehouse with a free shipping coupon! I’m so glad this turned into a WIN! *************************
