I would give this place -4 stars. During the pandemic they did not follow CDC regulations. I saw a couple of people walk in without a mask.

New Burlington Coat Factory location. Appears to be well organized and managed. Employees are prominent and approachable, the selection is varied and displayed well. Holiday sale is in effect. I would definitely return to this location. Nice.
