I love this store. Everything is easy to find. It’s a huge store with multiple floors. I never have to ask the staff for help. The lines are pretty long midday which is understandable. I hate waiting on lines like everyone else but it is a testament to the great deals, merchandise and location. It’s a great place to shop for a last minute outfit, holiday gifts for the whole family and even everyday items. There are random items around the shop that I never thought to buy, and they end up being great finds.The staff are friendly from my limited experience with them. I went the store with a friend one time and my friend left her phone in the restroom. She noticed half an hour later and we returned to the store, hopeful. The staff member who cleans the restroom found it and gave it security. The guard at the front returned it to her without a problem once she described it and was able to unlock it.
