Stopped in at 11:30 on 11/24. The guy at the counter said hi but didn’t even bother to look up at us when we entered. Same thing for the people entering just after us. Poor way to treat potential customers.12/1. Thank you for the response. I think you had me confused with another couple. We didn’t have the conversation you mentioned. I appreciate that you were probably very busy, however, it doesn’t take but just a moment to look up, make eye contact and greet a customer. That isn’t us expecting preferential treatment or being impatient, as you alluded to in your response. It’s just best practices when it comes to customer service…especially from a business owner.
