Horrible experience! I went there ahead of time to order a dozen balloons, not that I am against not speaking English, as I speak both English and Spanish, but they barely spoke any English, which made it difficult to order.So then I came back on the day I had said I would pick them up. I said I would pick them at 10:30 or sometime after. When I got there the lady there had to call the owner and then told me it would be at least 30 minutes before they were ready as they had to bring the helium to that location. I was on a tight timeline for my event that afternoon, so I ended up just calling another company who had them ready in a flash.This place is very sketch and seems to want to try to provide a lot of things, but is not very good at any of them. Definitely don’t use them for your party supplies!
