BK Running company is easily the best retail experience I’ve ever had buying shoes. Joe greeted me as I came in, asked me a few questions, watched me run up and down the store once and within minutes diagnosed the issue that’s been causing me pain for months. Great experience here. The sales staff were super friendly and I felt totally welcome as a more casual, lower mileage runner. I’ve always had trouble finding shoes that work for my feet, and when the first pair I bought gave me lots of pain, they allowed me to exchange them for another model.
