Was greeted with a smile by a young sales man with a great attitude, he say Hi to us and the kids, sadly we had made an appointment with someone else a little more serious then the one who made a great impression. Manager was great too. We have a new baby and she’s gorgeous.

My husband took my 2917 Cadenza to the service Department today (May 21). My check engine light had come on but I also had a recall letter from Kia stating that there was an issue with a fuse box in the engine compartment and it could cause a vehicle fire.The man who waited on him said it would be October before they could get it in. When my husband said “what if the car catches on fire” the mans response was oh well. OH WELL are you kidding me. I’ll NEVER DEAL WITH BRAMLETT AGAIN!!!!!!!
