Straightforward and efficient. I went for a transmission flush and was not pressured to spend money on anything unnecessary or told any surprise news that can so often happen to a woman in an auto shop. The gentleman (I believe it was the owner I spoke with) explained any concerns to me and I left feeling confident in the service I received, as opposed to confused and irritated as I have been with other shops in the past. He was also very accommodating in that I missed my drop-off time (I overslept!) and he still allowed me to bring in my vehicle and had it done by the end of the day. Great service, great care. Thank you guys so much!
