The customer service is great. You aren’t immediately bombarded but you also do not go unnoticed. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and understanding. They do their best in giving the information you need when shopping. Unfortunately the mattress we ordered was on back order. I will do my best to update later if any issues arise when we receive mattress. Luckily, I feel confident and comfortable with my visits/purchase to this location, and Belinda has helped a lot with that.
