Concord BMW was the best experience in car buying by far. The employees are very friendly and accommodating especially during COVID times. The new process for scheduling appointments for visiting the showroom and also telephone appointments to go over other details are very efficient. I had the pleasure working with Raquel and Peter during the process. They made everything so easy and seamless. They explained everything I need to know and what to expect so there were no surprises. I would definitely refer them to all my friends and family.

I had my BMW 435i with 48k miles serviced before the warranty expired and I had the valve cover gasket changed. Recently I checked the car again in an independent shop and I found out that with only 3k miles more, the car has the drive belt worn on front edge: this is unacceptable, nobody said anything to me about that and it is impossible to have this damage with only 3k miles from the last service. I am going to change the drive belt in an independent shop, but I am completely disappointed for the lack of information, seriousness and confidence for any BMW service.
