The store is clean and the staff are professional. They limit the amount of people in the store, because of the pandemic. Even though the hours of operation are limited, this is a great way to add money to your TAP card if you do not feel comfortable doing it at the train station.

I actually visited this location to pick up a parking permit for my visitors, not for anything related to public transit. It’s a clean, modern space with a serve-by-number system like those at Department Of Motor Vehicle facilities. But I AM a frequent public transit user, and from previous visits to The Transit store, I can tell you that they are extremely professional and knowledgeable.
