Great place to live. Clean areas, well maintained, multiple amenities. Dog friendly. A good deal of natural scenery. Residential peninsula, but plenty to do. Wind generally picks up in the evenings, but mornings are fantastic weather.

Great place to live. Very quiet and safe. The bay is a bit dirty but it doesn’t smell for me. The Bair Island can smell a bit at times but you need to go there to feel it. A bit expensive, but not substantially more than other places around. Stone pizza oven in common area is awesome. Very well equipped gym. 5*

We moved from Chicago to California a few months ago. Blu Harbor is nicer than most of the resorts I’ve ever stayed at.I love it here! The property is gorgeous and management is fantastic. I sent pictures of our new place to a friend and they were so jealous that they didn’t talk to me for a week.
