No special requests respected. Sadly tonight was my last pizza. Perhaps a new cook? I requested my pizza to be extra well done. They confirmed that it was written down. I requested the dough to be crunchy. Not only was it not crunchy it barely was cooked. This has happened the last 4 times. I guess I didn’t want to break up with Blaze and gave them 4 chances for redemption.

Vegan cheese for this lactose sensitive stomach, on a high rise crust (can be gluten free for those who need it)- you can pretty much make whatever pizza you’d like. I usually start with a BBQ chicken and add a few vegetable toppings. The pizza is pretty quick to fire up, making it a quick stop at the outlet.

I ordered a specialty pizza with toppings I chose, excellent variety of toppings, I loved it that they had balsamic glaze yum. Sauce was tomato and excellent tasting. Fantastic I will try another kind the next time.
