Cash only! Our party of 3 loved the location since we were able to walk out and enjoy our ice cream while taking in the views of Sag Harbor. The young man at the counter wasn’t overly welcoming, but he got our order right and got us in and out quickly. Of the flavors we tried, we unanimously agreed that they ranked in the following order: #1 Cookies and Cream (best we ever had!) #2 Mango Sorbet (YUM!) and #3 Salted Caramel (none of us particularly liked it and were surprised). Glad we opted for a single scoop each because the portions were plentiful. The sugar cones are delicious!

I didn’t care much for the icecream itself because it was just okay. What stayed with me was the very poor customer service. It’s not that hard to be nice to customers. The guy failed to get our order right. When we asked for our different icecream flavors in different cups as we ordered. He did not like that one bit. He thew the cup in the trash in an obviously angry way. We were taken aback kept looking at each other surprised. It’s not like we asked for something difficult or impossible. We just ordered two scoops of different flavors and we wanted each in a separate cup. We all thought they were extremely rude. Never coming back again

The servers here were incredibly rude. We ordered two ice creams and received one, so we explained that we wanted two. The server threw the ice cream out angrily into the trash and then didn’t say another word to us. Never coming back here. Oh, and the small ice cream is over 6 dollars.
