Took my truck for a oil change. Was told i had a oil leak. Was given a written estimate to fix it which would be around $79. After several minutes the mechanic came back and told me it actually would cost me over $2000.00 because he wasn’t sure what was causing the leak and he would need to tear up the area between engine and transmission to see where the leak was coming from. Once he could be able to see where it was leaking, he would charge me additional to fix the leak!Guess he thought i wouldn’t know any better since I’m a female and would agree to the charges.Left and took it to a different mechanic and not only did he find the leak he charged me $100 for a hose that needed to be replaced.I’ve been going there for years for tires, oil changes, and manufacturers tune ups and to be taken advantage of from them made me feel used. I will never return to them ever and hope other women will think twice going there and giving them your hard earned money and business.
