The woman that was working in furniture department was absolutely horrible!! She was extremely rude, she pretty much told me they were sold out of everything. She literally said they have one couch if i didn’t want it, go somewhere else. So I did! I bought furniture at the Big Lots on Beckham!! They were very helpful, friendly, accommodating people!

Great people but don’t buy furniture from here. 35 days after buying our couch is falling apart. Trying to save some money and now we get to fix it ourselves because we didn’t buy the insurance. Furniture shouldn’t break at 35 days so I’m sorry but this is really unacceptable for any store. The employees aren’t to blame but we’re very disappointed with this. Never mind the low prices they are always out of stock on the item they are promoting?!?This picture is of the back of the couch with a board popping out. We get to dismantle the unit and rebuild it so who knows how it’s built? Broyhill is the manufacturer so you might want to steer clear of them as well.
