Excellent customer experience at Big Lots today!! I called ahead while enroute to check their inventory for memory foam mattress toppers. They had exactly what I wanted & held it for me until I arrived just a few minutes later. I walked inside, headed to the bedding department, asked a very nice associate about my desired item and she took me right to it. She cashed out my sale and I was back out the door in less than fifteen minutes! Outstanding job today, Big Lots!! YOU ROCK!!
