My experience was both good and not so good. Good in that they worked with me in regards to someone entering an auction under my name. The not so good came with the delivery of one of the items being shipped arriving shattered and when I tried to contact them they wouldn’t respond to any emails and then when they finally answered the phone they say that they are not responsible to call the USPS. After paying $84.00 shipping charges they neglected to buy insurance for the package so it is not covered at all. Trash, just like the trash boxes that were cut up to ship my item in. In my opinion, if you win an auction at Big D’s either hire a private shipper to pick up your item or go pick it up yourself because their thoughtless, careless, unprofessional idea of shipping will garner you negative results with no recourse. And he blocks me from bidding….please…like I would ever bid through that house again…and I suggest you don’t either if it comes to anything fragile.

Dropped off consignments for an auction in August. Items finally sold in October. Their contract states they will pay you within 14 business days after auction ends, which they did not. Took almost a month. Owner stated they mailed out check early last week, which was a lie. Postmark was dated for the day before I called. Found a much better consignment auction company elsewhere.
