While the staff is very friendly, we’ve been loyal customers for almost 2 years. For the most part it’s really amazing. So why the one star? For the past three months the water has tasted horrible, almost what we can describe as sewer water. They’ve told us time after time they would replace the system the water sits on. But I’ve yet to receive a new one. It desperately needs replacing. Not to mention, every single time I attempt to call them I get their voice mail like they are ignoring me. I’ve complained several times to the guys who deliver the water, as well as the office. I’ve called both the local number and the 800 number. Most of the time the recording states their voice mailbox is full.
