Strange experience. Went for an appointment with a consultant, picked out the majority of our fixtures and tile, got an estimate, and then zero follow-up. Never got the estimate for the vanity that needed to be priced out separately. Emailed – no response; called and left voicemail – no response. Not in the habit of trying hard to spend thousands of dollars so went elsewhere.

How do we go about buying new bathroom fixtures when our anxieties are increasing over the ongoing pandemic? I have some great news to share. My wife and I were looking at different plumbing stores to do some renovations for our bathrooms and kitchen but we really didn’t want to expose ourselves to other customers. Best Plumbing Tile and Stone provided the answer to our prayers! They do not let any customers into their store without an appointment! This is brilliant! We went to their website, filled out a form with the day and time we wanted to visit. I received a call back within minutes from Sydnee Feuer, who told us to come on our scheduled date and to call when we were at the front of their gorgeous showroom. We were the only customers in the store and felt like we were treated like royalty! This is a wonderful way to shop and feel safe and the same time. Their Scarsdale showroom has such a wonderful selection of of everything you could ever dream of adding to your home. I fell in love with the Kohler toilets whose seats automatically open up when you enter the bathroom. Very cool! They also have the most extensive kitchen and bathroom faucets I’ve ever seen in one place. And their prices are unbelievably competitive! I’ll never shop anywhere else!

The customer service has been sub par. Firstly, my sales person ordered 3 wrong sinks for our bathrooms initially, and the wrong drain for our master shower. There has been lack of coordination as to when our items have shipped, and biggest issue — there is terrible communication with the sales team. I have to leave voice messages, emails, etc and never hear back. It is really heard to get ahold of anyone. We’re spending thousand and thousands of dollars on plumbing items so this is disappointing.
