The new location is a complete waste of time. The store is less then half the size of the old location. There is barely anything in the store worth buying.

I’ve been in and out of this Best Buy regularly for the last 10 years..CDs, video games, a microwave, 3 iPhones, and just last night a Canon Camera.The staff was around, a couple ignored us, but Christian helped us out and talked to us about options and was really helpful and polite. If it weren’t for him and his cheerful and honest attitude I wouldn’t even be taking the time to write this review!! He was courteous, polite, and really knowledgeable about the cameras and other services in the Best Buy store. He gets 5 stars and should be teaching the other employees how to interact with customers because he made the experience fun and enjoyable.

The staff are very educated on their products and were so kind. They were very willing to explain to me what they knew about the items I was looking into. And most of all I did not feel pressured into a purchase, considering I was just looking around and trying to get information about computers. Thank you to your staff.
