This review is specific to the Mueller Airport/Barbara Jordan location:A $950.00 crazy miscommunication and it was handled with patience, and humbleness (Thank You Kelly!) She really had to deal with me being upset, with high anxiety and distress. (I’m sorry ) She was able to hand us over to Eddie, who with the utmost attention to detail and care, and exemplary customer service, professionalism and diligence (also with kindness, and a smile!!!) was able to fix the whole situation, right there and get us sent on our way with the correct purchase. Since our purchase was not in stock at their location Eddie also went ahead and alerted the manager of the store we needed to go to, to ensure it was ready for us to pick up with no issues. We are very grateful for all of his help in rectifying our situation and ensuring we were satisfied and taken well care of.

Good place to peruse all sorts of products ranging from phones, TV’s, home theater systems, computers and peripherals, kitchen appliances large and small, washers/dryers, audio/video, cameras, and other high tech goods. It’s always fun to shop around and see what new stuff is available. Best Buy usually has some of the most competitive prices on many of the most popular items especially during major sales events such as Black Friday.

Best Buy has refused to honor a purchase made by my daughter on line. Her account was compromised and the item diverted from our local California store to pick-up at Best Buy Mueller Airport Austin TX. Best Buy blames my daughter for allowing her account to be compromised but we never received an alert of a logon from a different computer and clearly Best Buy did not verify the credit card used for the purchase on pick-up. Our local Best Buy staff have all fully understood our case and have done their best to help. It’s a shame Best Buy Mueller Airport Austin TX will not answer our phone calls or calls from the Best Buy national operator. We have never received a return call from Best Buy Mueller Airport Austin TX. Corporate simply sends the same form email denying responsibility. If Best Buy wants to do the right thing the Breeze Case number is 259 667 241
