This Best Buy does not have employees to help you to get what you wanted to purchase. I walked around a bit and saw an employee just walking straight with head down like they don’t want to help. I called her and asked her to get the laptop I wanted to buy for me, and she went ahead and helped others. I went back to the laptop station and finally someone came and offered help. I was able to get the item and checked out quickly, and the attitude of that employee is not better. Best Buy may have good deals, but their professionalism is not the ‘best’- not even good.

Not Good Customer Care!!I had gone to Best buy for repairing my laptop, They said it takes 4 weeks to repair, I gave my laptop to repair on 14 April and till 26 May i didn’t get it (Which is fine considering the parts required to repair might be delayed).I was constantly checking status of my laptop, Once it was repaired it was delivered back to the best buy store.(as shown in UPS tracking ID) Then I called Best buy to be sure that they have gotten it and they said yes and I can come and pick it up. I went to pick up and the person there first said that my order didn’t come yet, then i said that i called earlier and they said its there, then he again went back and forth and made me wait for 30 minutes just to come back and say that it is still in warehouse and it will take time to open the package. I asked when and he was like we will reply as soon as we open it.The UPS tracker showed the order was delivered on Monday and I went on Wednesday, And still they aren’t able to give me my laptop.
