I ordered a freezer and got setup 4 different appointments but and i took time off on the 4 occasions but failed to arrive. The General manager – Bryan Cruz just said that the truck’s lift mechanism was broken and there was nothing he could do. I gave him my contact and info and nothing happened. Waited 1 month. He could not care less. poor service from Best Buy. I will not do business with Best buy again. Customer service 1800-bestbuy was useless. The Store is useless.
