Went in to set up a tune up/ brake pads appointment for my Ninja EX500. I went into the shop and literally watched the mechanic put my name down on the calendar. I called with a question a couple days before I was due to drop my bike off and they tell me I’m not on the list. I let it slide and called again a month or so later to set up a carb cleaning appointment in october. Was told that the mechanic wouldn’t be able to get around to it till the following spring. Super frustrating and no apology or recognition of either inconvenience by anyone at the shop- finally got around to taking it to Oneonta Motorsports, a much more responsive and friendly organization.

Best in NY. Ray and Chad are awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. Do everything they can to help get the bike you want. ALWAYS fair. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. I will never purchase a motorcycle anywhere else. And service department is excellent, Stan and his guys do a great job very honest and reliable. 110% recommend.
