I went with my mother to buy this bedroom set. The selection is awesome. They customer service was excellent by the ladies there. The set worked out fabulous for the room we were working on. I will definitely go back there for future purchases.

I can’t say much about the quality of customer service or products at this Belk location. However, I will say that Belk needs another location because I will not risk my life by going to Eastdale Mall. It’ll definitely be online shopping for me.
