I tried to order a special, limited production Napa Cab Bedford Wines had listed on the internet. Scott called me to let me know their last bottle had been sold. When I explained it was my wife’s favorite wine, he did some research and found 3 bottles with a distributor. Unfortunately, two of the three bottles had gone bad (as can sometimes happen). The distributor would not replace them. Instead of telling me too bad, Scott reached out to the Napa Winery directly, explained the situation, and arranged for them to send me two bottles from their library collection at no charge to me. Thank you Scott! That was exceptional customer service!!
