I didn’t use them but they’ve been there for ever so if you need block work etc and can’t do anything for yourself it’s likely ok. An old machine shop and nice talking with the folks. I feel they know their stuff, I just didn’t want to pay for honing and a wash. Did not need to bite a small engine so I did the rest of it myself.

Guy who did the work was awesome. Really he kind of did me a favor, brought it in to hone out the camshaft lobes. That’s not something they do, but he gave me some Scotch-Brite out of his own stash to do the lobes and replaced two valves for me for cheaper than I could have done it myself. they looked like they had a lot of other jobs going on, so I’m sure that’s not something that they regularly do. But regardless of that they still had it done in a timely manner. Will definitely be bringing my future jobs there. 10/5.
