Employees are helpfully and courteous. All stock in the store appears extremely low and many item locations were empty. Luckily for me they just receive the battery I needed for my Backup UPS. Also, the appearance could be greatly improved. I have not seen the store floor so dirty before.

I ordered a battery online that was supposed to be in stock. A nice polite employee called shortly after I submitted the order to tell me it was not actually in stock. So I went into the store to see what other options there might be, like a different brand. The store’s shelves are almost empty, looks like they are near to being out of business. They didn’t have anything in stock, so they special ordered the battery for me. Two days after it was supposed to arrive I check back to see why it wasn’t delivered. Apparently it was out of stock at the warehouse too, and they canceled the order, this time nobody bothered to let me know. They politely offered to back order it for me, but there is a point where one must admit defeat, so I canceled the order. To bad, this store was a great resource at one time.
