The service and product are great. However, double check your invoices because I was unaware that we were charged $300 for a 5 year stain warranty. When I called because we had a stain. We were told we would be sent a cleaning kit. Yep. $300 for a cleaning kit.

Absolutely dishonest sales people. Went to buy a discounted couch, was told it was not a floor sample. Was told it was brand new. After paying for it, the receipt comes back as floor sample. Sales person spins a web of lies about the couch. I get suspicious and start talking to the manger, who tells me the couch was used and came from someone’s home. This place tried to sell me a used couch and pass it off as new. Disgusting

Great store. Went in looking for a comfortable chair and ended up buying a recliner with a tall back suitable for my 6’5 height. Karen was very helpful and the overall experience was very pleasant.
