I like the ice cream quality as well as their large selection, but the customer service is so terrible that I wouldn’t come back. The Asian male (possibly middle-aged), who helped me, was so rude, presumptuous, and full of attitude. I was just trying to ask some questions about my order, but he kept brushing me aside. He kept talking over me. When I finally showed him the app, he finally accepts what I was saying, but begrudgingly carries out my order. Instead of treating me like a crook, why don’t you stop talking and listen? I’ve never been treated like this in Cold Stone, Ben n Jerry’s, and Dairy Queen. You just lost a family of ice cream lovers.

Remodeling I guess means no milkshakes and no good cones? They just had the cheap kids cones. Only reason it’s not one star is because I feel bad for the employees. You can tell they were uncomfortable with the limited menu and they apologized to me.
