I flew in from Oklahoma to get the bike I wanted at a fair price. When I got to the dealer, MC (the salesperson) had everything ready to go. He had me out of there in 30 minutes, plus my shopping time. They took very good care of me. I told my friends about the great ride back and I would do it again.

I dropped off my bike on Sept 25, 2020 for some work. I just picked it up April 9, 2021. That’s 169 days! I was told numerous times that it would be ready only to be lied to time and time again. When I was told that it was finally ready, I asked if some kind of compensation could be made for them having my bike for almost 7 months? Nope. Nada. I drive 109 miles to get there and the motor has been fixed but nothing had been done about the blinker not working. So now that part is on back order. The day before I went to pick it up, I was told that they would have it washed and detailed and ready for me when I got there. That hadn’t been done either. So I was told to wait 10 or 15 minutes while they washed it. 30 minutes later, I’m still waiting. Finally they bring it around to load up and it still hadn’t been cleaned up. Poor, poor customer service in my opinion. After spending 4635.21, one would think my business would be appreciated. It certainly didn’t feel like it.
