It was actually crowded for a change and I’m so tickled. Books are vital to a happy, informed life and b and n always delivers. The staff is kind, informative, and they care. They hold books for you at the front when you call ahead, they’ll look up the physical location in the store for you and give you the right amount of space. Love it here, please go buy more books! Gift cards available.

There’s a Starbucks in store, although it’s not a real Starbucks so it doesn’t take Starbucks Rewards or gift cards. Otherwise it’s good. They keep the area clean and have a nice pitcher with water for anybody to use. There’s a cute area with a bunch of journals and daily goal type books. I like that the clearance section is all the way in the back corner. There is a nice atmosphere in the store. Benches by the magazine area makes it a great spot to read. There are chairs towards the back of the store too. The price is the only problem I have. Sometimes the tone of the cashiers is pretty snarky but I don’t buy things often enough that it bothers me.
