This review is for morning shift staff. Inattentive and VERY unfriendly. The young lady with black curly long hair was rude. I went in to return few items no greeting no eye contact (unlike she did to TWO other customers. Wow.) I will also report to your costumer service department. If you need to be trained how to treat costumers nicely, be trained.

Laid back staff but helpful whenever asked. meduim size store so not a whole alot of items. It’s worth mentioning that this is not your typical BR, this is a factory store, whatever that means. Anyways it is safe to say that BR Factory does not get the swankiest BR pieces and their prices reflect that. I should mention the staff, they were great and made shopping there pleasant.
