Best place to grab sandwich in Middletown. This was absolutely incredible. The seasonings within the SEC were on point. Only eating here from now on!

They don’t open until 7am. Most people are already on their way to work. Owners are not good business people. Most working people are looking for a bagel between 5am and 7am. They are definitely throwing money out the window. There are 2 other deli within a mile of this place that open at 5 am. Short Stop Deli opens at 5am and is on the corner of East main St and County Rt 78. Middletown NY. Short Stop Deli has excellent bagels and breakfast.

I stopped into this bagel shop because I had a doctor’s appointment. Afterward my appointment I googled bagel shop near me and this shop came up. The woman in there (I believe the owner) was super sweet and welcomed me, asked me if I’d ever been there before, and thanked me for stopping by. I don’t go into that area often, but if I do, I would definitely re-visit!
