I’ve been coming here since they first opened and I must say quality has definitely declined since. I still try to support and come every so often but today may have been my last time. They offer 10% to EMS, firemen and police. I’m a nurse and thought that 10% would apply to me too. Nope was refused it after I showed my ID, we’re in the middle of a pandemic and nurses are on the front line but we’re not good enough for 10%. With the quality here now it’s not even worth it.

I come here pretty often and usually satisfied with the food and service. However, when I pay almost 10 dollars for a hero, I expect it to have at least close to a pound of meat in it and not two to three slices of each. I did go back to let them know it wasn’t acceptable. At first they were a bit argumentative. However, they eventually corrected it. In my opinion, afternoon staff on the weekends need some training on how to make a proper sandwich.

Placed an order on Grubhub at 11am – the estimated delivery window was 30-45 minutes which was awesome given it’s New Year’s day… fast forward two hours later, I can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone, and when I finally do, they tell me they’re not doing deliveries and ask if I want to pick it up… so my order was never worked on, no one called me when the order was placed to let me know they couldn’t deliver, and were just waiting for me to call and ask about my order. The short response of well we’ve been busy was a nice cherry on top. I get it’s New Year’s Day – but maybe turn off delivery orders if you can’t handle the demand, and don’t waste people’s time.
