Great guy who explained everything to me and a nice female who worked the register. Cool store with all of old school goodies and new school goodies. It took one week for them to check out my Nintendo switch and determine what was wrong with it. I was fine with the one week. The ONLY reason i gave them 4 out of 5 stars was because the price for repair was high. I called 2 other places and was quoted cheaper. Then i called Nintendo customer service and was also quoted something else. I would definitely shop there and take other things for repair because there the most popular place in AV to do repairs but i will definitely price compare 1st.

I have been going to A.V Retro games for years. It all started with Eyad repairing my laptop. Haven’t stopped going to him since. This store is addicting as it’s a nostalgic experience for me. We drive from Santa Clarita to this new location in Lancaster worth the drive. We love retro games everything from the super nintendo, Nintendo 64, to newer systems. They carry games, gaming systems, gaming merchandise to anime figurines. I trust Eyad with device repair and getting the best prices for all the items they carry. Thank you Eyad and A.V Retro employees you guys are amazing. Amazing customer service, great prices and very well organized inside.
