I WAS TOTALLY RIPPED OFF BY BELTONE LAST WEEK AND WAS AT A TOTAL LOSS AS TO WHAT TO DO.I WAS REFERRED TO THESE WONDERFUL FOLKS BY A.M.A.C.THAT SAME DAY, I STOPPED IN, FILLED PAPERWORK OUT AND DROPPED OFF MY HEARING TEST….CORRINE (?SP?) WAS A KIND, COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL.I RECEIVED REMINDERS FOR MY APPT. I have been going to this office for the past 2 years. Dr. Angela is very professional & very knowledgeable in her field of expertise.I used to go elsewhere and was NOT Comfortable w/that Professional? She did not give me good feed back, that is why I switched to Audiologic Solutions!Linda, Front Desk Gal, is wonderful/personable and does a great Job!I would highly recommend this office. I am very comfortable there.I think you would be to! They have always answered all my questions in language that I can understand. They have printed out the instructions on the operation of my hearing aids since I can’t seem to remember once I walk out of their office! Lol! In addition to the 5 Stars above, I give them 2 thumbs up as well!

My experience working with Angela was wonderful. After wearing the same hearing aid for 10 years, I was well out of the loop on the new technology available. She was patient while explaining everything and offered some great solutions. It was even brought to my attention that I could wear a Cross on my left ear that has much more severe hearing loss. I was hesitant having not worn a hearing aid on that side for over 20 years. She set me up with demo hearing aids and I was able to test out the Oticon products before I made a decision to buy. I was extremely grateful for the opportunity and it was definitely one of the deciding factors to purchase my new hearing aids with them. I have been extremely happy with my purchase and more importantly the customer service I have received. All of the staff I have dealt with have been so caring, friendly, and compassionate. Not only would I recommend Audiologic Solutions, I have! Recently I had a friend reach out to me asking about my experience and I raved about how pleased I was. Happy to report that person is now a client of theirs as well! If you have any concerns about your hearing, do not hesitate to reach out to them. They will take care and I want to say thank you to Angela for all she has done to help make my life better through better hearing and stellar technology.
