I just purchased a 2018 Audi A4 from this dealership. After taking it home and looking it over, it was obvious that the passenger side doors were repainted. Masking tape, buffing compound, and pealing clear-coat was found once I was able to look it over in the sunlight. In addition to this, I also found 2 dents and the interior wood trim is discolored.This was NOT disclosed to me at all when I bought it and would explain why I was rushed to the sales floor to make a deal. When I brought this up to management, they had a receptionist call me back to say that they will not do anything about it but to bring it into service to see if they can “make it look better”. This is a disgraceful response to such a major issue.This dealership fraudulently sold me a car while hiding repairs/defects that they knew would reduce its value. If this dealership had any integrity and cared for its customers, they would address that they made a mistake and take the car back and sell me another Audi without hiding repairs/defects.Please, DO NOT buy from this dealership and fall victim to their fraudulent business practices.*UPDATE*I originally posted this review awhile ago and management reached out very quickly and “said” they would do something about this because they didn’t like the negative review. So, I trusted them (again) and told them I’d take down this negative review to give them a chance to remedy the issue. However, after taking down the review there has been ZERO attempt to reach out to me to fix this issue. This review is now staying to warn others of this fraudulent business. If things change, which I highly doubt, I will provide another update.

Amazing experience at FJ. Mike Burns and his team were very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend anyone looking for an Audi to seek him out. He definitely knows the product he sells. The dealership was nice and beautiful. I felt like I was at a resort. I was looking around for the bar; sadly that there wasn’t one.
