Aly is the person to go to! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions(which were many!) and was very patient and pleasant. She reviewed my family plan and helped us save a ton of money from switching over from Verizon. I highly recommend asking for Aly next time you go into the at&t store. It was like working with a really good friend.

Went in to possible change from T-Mobile to AT&T. Aly was so helpful in answering all my questions that I had. My wife was very impressed as well with the customer service it was exceptional. Right as we walked in the door we both felt welcomed. I highly recommend anyone needing to go to an AT&T store go pay Aly and her team a visit as they will gladly help you with any questions you have.
