Such awesome customer service! I spent hours online and on the phone trying to resolve an issue with a new phone with no success. I spent under 15 min in the store and everything was fixed!! Clean store, kind and courteous, best experience with any AT&T representative in decades.

I highly recommend stopping in at this location. Customer service AND the establishment is immaculate. The guys are extremely helpful and patient while you know none of your proper information, but still need assistance. Was in and out of there with a smile on my face. This is one location where you don’t have to fear walking out of the building with the incorrect information, then later somehow getting confused with your bill(s). They will take the time to thoroughly explain and are also more than happy to repeat the information for you so that you utterly understand.. Just one satisfied customer.

This is my first time is this location. And it was really great service from the employee. Her name is Hope and she did great job. As we upgrade phones She explained our bill cycles as well and give us my nursing discount too. Definitely will go back again in future for my phone service.
