I was told when I bought my screen protector for my phone – that replacements were free – part of the expensive cost. When I went to replace it – I’m told It is not free – but $20 or $8 for a lesser quality one. Then after questioning that – I am then told I can only get the lesser quality one for $8 or pay $45 again for the one I had – So I got the lesser one for $8 – very very disappointed with the dishonesty of this store.In addition- I was told conflicting things when I purchased my phone and the final monthly cost ended up to be $50 higher than I was quoted.

I was struggling to get a multi-step process completed (2 new phone purchases & plan upgrades, number ported from another carrier) – It took over 8-10 hours on the phone with ATT and still had no luck. We came in store and met David Mendoza and he single handedly helped us with each of our needs. We had a great experience at this store and with David M. Highly recommend!
