I’m only giving 5 starts because Hazel had outstanding customer service! She was so patient with all of my questions (I’m not tech savvy in any way) and even went out of her way to show me all of the technology features on my new phone.I truly believe it’s hard to find employees like Hazel, and she makes this store look good! If I have a friend or family looking to upgrade or start a new line with AT&T, I’ll definitely recommend Hazel, and nobody else.Huge kudos to Hazel for making this the most easy transaction ever, I will be sending people her way!
