The whole team at this AT&T location hit it out of the park. Jordan in particular has been so helpful all day, and has made the process of me moving with my AT&T equipment so much easier. I could have dropped AT&T as my internet provider since I am moving to a new city, but her care, attention, and effort put into my experience has been the sole reason why I’m staying with AT&T. She deserves a raise. Thank you Jordan!I should add that Napa’s other location on Trancas was completely unwilling to help me find a solution, they didn’t seem to want to be there and they certainly didn’t want me there. Again, Jordan, Ray, and Leslie made my sister and I feel so welcomed and at home. Highly recommend!

Came into the store yesterday afternoon and after reading the reviews I knew I wanted to work with Julian. To my surprise he was working the day I came in and I received the very best service from him. Not once did it seem as if he was just in it for the sale it felt as if I was talking to an old friend and in return I left with 2 brand new lines and phones! I’m not sure if management reads these reviews or if he gets some sort of recognition for them but you truly have an amazing employee on your hands! Seek out Julian when visiting the store! Thanks again for all your hard work man! Coming back soon for that watch!
