Went in to change my phone, because I got an email from AT&T saying that their 5G network doesn’t support the old phone I’m using.The Chinese staff, the only one in the store, greeted us in a friendly way. But when I showed her the email, she couldn’t understand it; she asked me to explain it to her. It was very obvious that she lacked the English fluency to communicate effectively. After many tries to understand each other, she finally was able to help. When we were done, she just left the receipt on the table and walked away. Not even a professional “thank you”. How rude!Never visiting this store again.
