Brandon the manager at the AT&T store in Laguna Niguel is the nastiest unprofessional arrogant person. They damaged my phone and made me buy another phone without even trying to repair my original phone.

I had an incredibly great experience at this store! I was hesitant to go because I had such a bad experience every time I went to the store in Town Center PLUS customer service over the phone was terrible as well. I was so pleasantly surprised! Lucas helped us and he was so patient, reviewed our account carefully and suggested the best way to not only fix our issues but get the new phones we needed. He saved us money and did so quickly and was extremely polite and helpful. I strongly recommend everyone go to this store and NOT the one in Town Center!
