Not much helpful, not many devices shown. Just one staff, long waiting. Guess what, sometime it is randomly closed because the staff going around. Make sure you make an appointment before driving there. Maybe few years ago, I was pretty satisfied with AT&T network. Now I hesitate, coverage, service quality, hmm. Hope they will improve soon.

My wife and I had a great experience at our local AT&T store. The rep Carlos was patient with our million questions because we were hesitant about switching phone services. Carlos reassured us that we were making a great decision because my wife practically got a iPhone for free by trading in her iPhone 8. On top of the great services, Carlos went out of his way to stay an hour after the store closed to assist us. We appreciate AT&T customer service and we will be back for the Apple Watch. 🙂
