got my first smart phone and when phone directions didn’t work went in at night and saw Jose Gonzalez at the AT&T store in Westlake Village.. He took a dumb phone expert and got me not only up and running, but took the time and patience to give me lessons on the most important features I use all the time. Gave me enough info, and took the time to let me practice with him, so I left feeling confident enough to not panic when I have to actually use the phone, and when I try and learn more of it’s features. Went in upset with the situation and your professional, calming, articulate employee, Jose, made it a pleasant educational experience.

This positive review is 100% because of Briana Martinez, the Westlake Village store’s manager. Briana goes above and beyond for every customer who enters the store. In all honesty, when she’s not there, the vibe of the store is very different. Nobody even acknowledges you until it’s your turn which can be 2+ hours. With Briana, not only does she greet everyone who walks in the store, but she also checks in to see why they are there. This is helpful because sometimes waiting two hours could be a major time waste and she let’s you know right away if they can help. In addition, Briana multi tasks and helps 2-3 people at once and does so with ease. She’s always so accommodating and extremely helpful. Briana is a star manager and it’s because of her that I keep coming back.
