Thank you Javier for taking the time to help me with my service and getting me everything I need. It can’t be easy dealing with all kinds of people all day long but you manage to maintain poise and efficiency. I’d give more stars if I could!

Unfortunately, I have to change my review to poor. Today, I had to go to the store because my phone needed a new sim card. When I arrived at 10:15 am the store was already busy. There were only two ATT store associates working. I was told there was a wait of 30 to 45 minutes because there were 2 people ahead of me and I understood. As time passed more customers started coming in. They put their names on the waitlist and looked for a spot in the store to wait. We were all in the store waiting while keeping social distance. Soon around 11 am another employee came in. All, including myself, felt as if reinforcements had arrived. After being in the back for a few minutes, he came out and asked all the costumers that were waiting in the lobby to step outside to maintain social distancing. I stepped outside with the others, most of which were visibly/and verbally upset about being asked to step outside after waiting so long.I was not upset about being asked to step outside, due to the current circumstances I understood, what upset me today was that after waiting for an hour the new assoctiate that had arrived was on his phone and playing with the TV they have up for promotion.I watched him for 15 minutes while he killed time before I approached him to ask how long until they would help me. He said another 25 minutes so I replied, HOW COME YOU’RE NOT HELPING THE PEOPLE WAITING? His response, I’M THE MANAGER AND I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO. So I said, I’M A MANAGER TOO AND IN OUR PERSPECTIVE IT LOOKS WRONG THAT YOU’RE OUT HERE AND NOT HELPING. He replied, I UNDERSTAND. But still did nothing.It took another 45 minutes for someone to finally help me since the manager wasn’t assisting with customers at all.While the associate was helping me, I went and asked the manager for his regional manager’s email and he said he couldn not give it to me. So I asked for the manager’s business card. He then gave me someone else’s business card and he handwrote his name on the card with a personal Gmail email address.I’m assuming that ATT has their own domain for email accounts for their employees and do not use Gmail. The company I work for has it’s own email domain. What upsets me is that the person that is supposed to be in charge and help his employees was too lazy or not smart enough to go hide in the back instead of playing with the TV and texting while you have a full store of people that need help. I’ve been a costumer of ATT for over 10 years and I have never met someone so unprofessional. So to summarize I had to wait 2 hours for a Sim card because the manager couldn’t help his associates with the line of customers out the door if he would have helped he could of cut my time in half.
